BECOMING A MEMBER OF ANTIETAM FLY ANGLERS
As a member of the Antietam Fly Anglers, you will
have an opportunity to participate in club activities
that will enable you to learn the mechanics and
techniques of fly fishing and fly tying. By observing
the demonstrations and asking questions of fly
fishing and fly tying masters that the club has
available, you will learn techniques that will make
you successful in this sport.
The Antietam Fly Anglers conducts classes, demonstrations and workshops for novice, intermediate and advanced fly fishers that are designed to advance your knowledge and capability in:
(1) fly casting
(2) fly tying
(3) rod making
(4) fishing techniques
(5) presentation
(6) fishing lore
(7) equipment and flies
(8) fishing resources and conservation.
